How credits work
What a credit is
One credit is 1,000 units of AI processing. Most actions cost only a few credits — a full playbook is roughly a handful, a chat message even less.
What uses them
Only AI features: the playbook, diagnostic insights, document analysis, enrichment, and chatting with the GTM strategist or agents. Scoring, the assessment and PDF export are always free.
If you run out
Nothing breaks. AI features pause until your allowance resets at the start of the next month, and the app falls back to its deterministic scoring and static recommendations in the meantime.

Do unused credits roll over?
No — your allowance refreshes at the start of each monthly period.
Are credits per person or per team?
Per workspace. Everyone collaborating in a workspace draws from the same monthly pool.
Can I change plans later?
